Hammertone/Structure Agents
It is used for making the Hammertone and Structure finish of powder coatings. It’s compatible with numerous cross-linking resin and has a lower melt viscosity.
- Reacrone CAB Micro is a free-flow fine powder from containing 100% of a CAB(Cellulose Acetate Butyrate). Dry-blending or pre-mixing add(before extrusion).
- Reacrone HAP-110 is a free-flow fine powder form containing an Acrylic Copolymer. It is used for making the Hammertone and Structure finish of Powder coatings with a post-add(with a dry-blending). It is compatible with numerous cross-linking resin and has a lower solution viscosity.
- Reacrone HAP-210 is a free-flow fine powder form containing an acrylic copolymer and poly-aldehyde resin for structure. Only post-add(Dry-blending) is recommended.
- Reacrone HAP-300 is a free-flow powder form containing of the acrylic copolymer. It is easily incorporated into powder coating formulations by the pre-mixing add(before extruding process)
